Russell S. Tarbett, President of Noble Capital Markets Group, brings over three decades of extensive experience in the financial services industry, collaborating with Advisors, Broker Dealer Firms, and investors. His career began at Dean Witter Morgan Stanley in 1989, subsequently transitioning to an independent broker-dealer in the early 1990s, where he ascended to the role of Chief Executive Officer and Owner of a FINRA member broker-dealer firm encompassing 15 branch offices and employing over 300 financial representatives.
Throughout the early 2000s and beyond, Mr. Tarbett has been actively engaged with Independent Broker-Dealers and Financial Advisors, playing pivotal roles in broker-dealer mergers and acquisitions, alongside assuming various managing director positions in private companies within the oil and gas and real estate sectors. His expertise spans from capital markets to retail investors, including a deep understanding of the 1031 Exchange Marketplace.

In addition to his leadership at NCMG, Russ serves as Senior Vice President of Capital Markets for Noble Royalties, Inc. spearheading capital market efforts associated with FINRA member firms, registered investment advisor firms (RIAs), and other advisors. He maintains a robust network of relationships within the independent broker-dealer landscape, financial advisory community, RIAs, and family offices. His possession of Series 7, 63, 24, 4, and 53 Securities Licenses underscores his dedication to professional excellence and regulatory compliance serving in the best interests of all investors.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Russ is a devoted husband and father of three grown children and resides in Plano, Texas. In his leisure time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and soccer, actively coaching and playing in competitive leagues in North Texas for over three decades.

Hayden C. Tarbett, Vice President, Noble Capital Markets Group, is a graduate from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics in 2018 and began his career in the Financial Services Industry as a Licensed Registered Representative with TD Ameritrade, Inc. servicing Retail Investors in several Investor-facing roles. This included time as a Trading Specialist on the Retail Trading Desk with TD Ameritrade, Inc. as well as a Senior Specialist on the Margin Risk Desk while dually registered with TD Ameritrade, Inc. and Charles Schwab, Inc. He holds his Series 7 and 63 Securities Licenses.
In addition to his leadership at NCMG, Hayden serves as Associate Vice President of Capital Markets for Noble Royalties, Inc. Here, he diligently supports Capital Market efforts associated with Broker-Dealers, Financial Advisors, and RIAs, always prioritizing the best interests of NRI’s investors.

Outside the office, you can find him at Darrell K. Royal Stadium in Austin, Texas supporting Texas Longhorns Football, on the golf course, or bow hunting in West Texas.

Dan G. Breen, Vice President at Noble Capital Markets Group, brings over 37 years of distinguished expertise as a Senior Financial Services Executive, specializing in delivering premium solutions across various facets of the Private Equity and Alternative Investment Products sector. His academic journey includes notable achievements at the University of Southern California and Moorpark Community College, where he was honored with the esteemed Bovero-Tabor Award by the Phi Rho Pi National Forensic Organization, recognizing him as the nation's foremost competitive college speaker.
Mr. Breen's specialization encompasses a wide range of services, including secondary markets for restricted securities, establishment and operation of Alternative Trading Systems (ATS), AML/KYC Compliance, Escrow Services, Investor Relation Solutions, DTCC/AIP reporting, Investor Onboarding, Data Cleaning, and Blockchain/Tokenization opportunities. With a track record of executing over $500MM in secondary market transactions for non-listed securities, he provides tailored solutions to investors seeking flexible asset ownership across diverse financial asset classes, offering invaluable assistance for estate and legacy planning.
Beyond his role at NCMG, Dan extends his expertise through DGB Consulting, serving as a senior consultant with Noble Royalties, Inc (NRI). In this capacity, he facilitates Transfer Agent, Onboarding Agent, and other Service Provider Vendors, offering comprehensive investment workflows to NRI while prioritizing the best interests of their investors. Holding Series 7 & 63 Securities Licenses, Dan plays an integral role in overseeing offerings sponsored by Noble Royalties Inc.

Melissa Sanders, Director of National Accounts for Noble Capital Markets Group, has devoted her career to financial services, specializing in Alternative Investments. Melissa has a strong understanding of both the RIA and IBD business models, along with a unique grasp of the Alternative Investment Manager and Due Diligence perspectives.

Melissa has held senior roles in sales and strategy for well-known firms AI Insight, Miterko & Assoc., SEI Investments, and Trust Company of America.

Melissa brings decades of leadership and communication expertise in sales, business
development, national accounts, practice management, and strategy - always with a client-centric focus.

Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from Menlo College in Atherton, CA. Outside the office Melissa spends her time on family activities like camping and boating with her husband of 25 years and their three children. Volunteerism has always been a passion serving her community, local schools, and Women’s Cancer education.
